Welcome to Lune. By using www.theluneshop.com ("the Site") or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

About us

Lune is an independent intimate apparel brand based in Hong Kong, designing adhesive bras and nipple covers for warm climates. Contact: kylie@theluneshop.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this Site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Products

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, materials, and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing tolerances. Cup sizing is approximate and based on standard Asia-Pacific bra sizing.

Lune products are designed for short-term wear (typically up to 12 hours per use) and external use only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always perform a patch test before first use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and include any applicable Hong Kong taxes. International customers may be charged additional import duties or customs fees by their local authorities — see our Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout when your order is confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock shortages, or shipping restrictions to your region. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, photography, and copy — is the property of Lune or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to harass our team or other customers, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to misrepresent your identity. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

Reviews & user content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to us, you grant Lune a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes, including on our Site and social media. You confirm that the content is your own and doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

Disclaimers & liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lune is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
