Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Lune. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Unopened products — 14 days

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Opened or used products — non-returnable

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened adhesive bras or nipple covers.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email kylie@theluneshop.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and any damage
  • A short description of the issue

We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Sizing issues

If you ordered the wrong cup size and the product is unopened, you can return it under our 14-day policy or exchange it for the correct size.

How to start a return

Email kylie@theluneshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Sale items

Sale and discounted items follow the same policy as full-price items.
