FAQ

Honest answers

Everything women ask us before their first Lune.

Will it stay on in Hong Kong heat?

Yes — that's the test it was built around. We wear-tested at 35°C and 85% humidity, through MTR commutes and full evenings out. Apply to clean, dry, bare skin — no lotion, oil or deodorant — and press firmly from the centre outwards.

Which cup size should I pick?

Match your usual bra cup: A fits AA–A, B fits A–B, C fits B–C, D fits C–D. Between sizes? Size up for more coverage. Still unsure — take the Find My Lune quiz or email kylie@theluneshop.com.

Will it show under silk, sheer or white?

The edges taper to 0.7mm — thinner than most fabrics on top. No ridge, no outline. The Air Bra is the one we recommend for the most unforgiving fabrics.

Does removal hurt? What about sensitive skin?

Peel slowly from the top edge while supporting your skin with the other hand — it shouldn't hurt. First time, patch-test on your inner arm for 24 hours. If you have a skin condition, check with your doctor first. The Breathable Cover is the glue-free option made for sensitive skin.

How do I clean and store it?

Rinse with cool water and a drop of mild soap, air-dry adhesive-side up, and re-cover with the protective film. No washing machines, no dryers, no towels on the adhesive.

Can I swim or work out in it?

Sweat and light rain are fine — that's what the Hong Kong testing is for. Swimming, no. For workouts, the Everyday Cover's water-resistant hold copes best.

What's the returns policy?

14 days from delivery. Because these are intimates, we can only accept returns with the hygiene seal intact and unopened. Wrong or faulty item? Email kylie@theluneshop.com — a real person fixes it.

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping on every order. Orders ship from Hong Kong within 1–3 business days, and we currently deliver to Hong Kong and 21 more countries and regions across Asia and the Middle East.
