Shipping Policy

Lune ships from Hong Kong to customers worldwide. Shipping is free on every order, no minimum.

Hong Kong

  • Cost: Free shipping, all orders
  • Processing: Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding HK public holidays)
  • Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch via SF Express
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships

International

  • Cost: Free shipping, all orders
  • Processing: Orders ship within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery: 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination
  • Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships

International delivery times are estimates and may be longer during local public holidays, peak periods, or due to customs processing in your country.

Customs duties & import taxes

Orders shipping outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local government. These are not included in the order total and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, email kylie@theluneshop.com as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't shipped yet (within the 1–3 business day processing window). Once shipped, we can't redirect the package.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days (HK) or 14+ business days (international), email kylie@theluneshop.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the courier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we'll resend or refund.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you'll need to cover the cost of reshipment.
